Echelon (Horde, US-Black Dragonflight) is recruiting for 25 man HM progression. Echelon is currently 16/16 NM, 4/6 HM MSV in 25m and are currently working on HoF, Terrace, and MSV HM encounters.

We are a guild for excellent players who are unable to commit to 3+ days a week but still desire upper level content progression. We raid only two nights a week for four hours each night: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8-12 EST (server time). On off nights, we generally run 10 man runs for alts and those who were not able to make it to the main raid.

We are looking for exceptional players who want to raid at an extremely high level but maintain a casual schedule. Because we raid so little, it is important that applicants be top tier of players and come to raids prepared. This includes at least 90% attendance, knowing encounter details and strategies, and having the proper consumables. Active forum participation is a must. Although we have a casual schedule and fun guild environment, we focus on progression during raid times.

We are currently looking for a few players to round out our raiding core, specifically DPS and healers. Truly exceptional players of any class/spec will also be considered.
